In the unlikely event of a critical failure during the launch weekend, what is the "Point of No Return" and the specific procedure for failing back to BTS2?

A pre-live test will be conducted on Saturday preceding the go-live date. A successful pre-live test is a prerequisite for proceeding to go-live on Monday.

If pre-live is successful, we will go-live on Monday. Once the system is live, the transition is irreversible. Any issues identified post go-live will be managed and resolved on BTS3.
