I keep getting an error when setting my password on the Bursa Gold Dinar (BGD) platform. What should I do?

We are sorry you have encountered this issue. The error may be due to the use of special characters. Please try the following steps:

  1. Fully delete the password in the password box.
  2. Do not use the special characters listed under NOT ALLOWED.
  3. Replace them with the special characters listed under ALLOWED.

Special characters (ALLOWED):
+ = [ ] ! @ # % ^ & * ( ) - ; : , ? . × ÷ / _ ”
