In the event of an Investor’s passing, the Bursa Gold Dinar (BGD) account may be closed by the executor or administrator as stated in the grant of probate or letters of administration.
- If the executor or administrator has a Bursa Gold Dinar (BGD) account, the Commodities or cash will be transferred to that account.
- If they do not have a Bursa Gold Dinar (BGD) account, the Commodities will be liquidated at the prevailing price offered by the Platform Operator.
- All cash balances (after deduction of any administrative or bank charges) will be transferred to the executor or administrator’s bank account as notified to the Platform Operator.
