Eligibility Requirements

An individual of sound mind who:

• Is eighteen (18) years or older.
• Is a Malaysian citizen, Malaysian permanent resident, or a foreigner legitimately residing in Malaysia pursuant to a valid visa and with a valid mailing address in Malaysia.
• Is not classified as a US person under the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).
• Is a tax resident of Malaysia only.
• Has a bank account in Malaysia.
• Possesses a Malaysian mobile phone number.
   

Ineligibility Conditions

Applicants are not eligible if they are:

• An undischarged bankrupt.
• A wound‑up company.
• An individual or entity with a pending bankruptcy petition.
• An entity with a filed winding‑up petition
