To unlock your account, you may try performing the following steps:
Self‑Unlock
- Tap “Unlock Account”.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered email within 2 minutes.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number within 2 minutes.
- Log in with your username and new password.
Reset Password
- Tap the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered email within 2 minutes.
- Create a new password and proceed to the login page.
