How do I cancel my order in the Bursa Gold Dinar (BGD) app?

To cancel an order in the Bursa Gold Dinar (BGD) app, follow these steps:

  • Open the BGD app and log in.
  • Tap the "Exchange" button on your Portfolio dashboard.
  • On the Exchange page, select the “My Orders” tab.
  • Tap the order you want to cancel.
  • Tap “Cancel Order”.
  • Confirm your cancellation by tapping “Yes, cancel”.
  • Authorise the cancellation by tapping “Approve” (or “Reject”) on the BursaSecure notification within 1 minute.
