If you suspect that your BR Capital account has been accessed without your permission, please take the following steps immediately:

Change your password
- Log in to your BR Capital account (if possible) and update your password under Settings > Security.
- If you are unable to log in, use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page to reset your password.

Review your trusted devices
- Go to Settings > Privacy Settings > Manage Devices.
- Check the list of trusted devices and remove any that you do not recognise.

Check your recent activity
- Review your transaction history for any unfamiliar or unauthorised activity.

If you notice suspicious activity or are unable to secure your account, contact the BR Capital support team immediately at brcsupport@bursamalaysia.com.
When reaching out, please provide:
- details of the suspected access (e.g. time and activity observed); and
- your registered contact information.
BR Capital takes account security seriously and will assist in investigating and securing your account.
