If you forget your password
You can reset your password by following these steps:
- Click “Forgot Password” on the BR Capital login page.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Verify your identity using the email OTP sent to your registered email.
- Set a new password.
- Complete the process by verifying with an SMS OTP.
If you do not receive the password reset email, you may contact the BR Capital support team at brcsupport@bursamalaysia.com for assistance.
After successfully resetting your password, there will be a cooldown period of 60 minutes, during which you will not be able to perform any transactions.
If your account is locked
If you enter the wrong email OTP three times, your account will be soft-locked and you will be logged out.
You can unlock your account by:
- logging in again and verifying with OTPs; or
- resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” flow above.
- If you enter the wrong email or SMS OTP three times while unlocking, your account will be hard-locked.
