What will happen to my cash and gold holdings if I do not update my device operating system (OS) to the required version for the Bursa Gold Dinar (BGD) app?

Your cash wallet and gold account balances will remain safe, even if your device operating system (OS) does not meet the required version.

 

However, you will not be able to access the Bursa Gold Dinar (BGD) app using a device with an unsupported OS version.

 

To regain access, you will need to update your device OS or log in using a device that meets the supported OS requirements:

  • Android: Version 14 or newer
  • iOS: Version 18 or newer
  • iPadOS: Version 18 or newer
