What should I do if I am unable to update my device operating system (OS) to the required version for the Bursa Gold Dinar (BGD) app?

If your device cannot be updated to the required operating system (OS) version, you will not be able to access the Bursa Gold Dinar (BGD) app on that device.

 

To continue accessing your BGD account, you will need to use a device that meets the supported OS requirements:

  • Android: Version 14 or newer
  • iOS: Version 18 or newer
  • iPadOS: Version 18 or newer
