Email address

Yes. You can change your email address via the BGD app settings. To update your email address, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Bursa Gold Dinar (BGD) app.
2. Go to My Account → Contact Information → Email Address → Change Email Address.
3. Enter the OTP sent to your current email within 2 minutes.
4. Enter your new email address.
5. Enter the OTP sent to your new email address within 2 minutes.
6. Tap Approve or Reject on BursaSecure authorisation within 1 minute.
7. Log in using your new email address and password.

Phone number

You are not able to change your phone number via the app settings. To update your phone number, please contact:
