If you did not receive your SMS OTP for a Bursa Gold Dinar (BGD) transaction, please try the following steps:
- Request to resend the SMS OTP. Wait at least 2 minutes before making another request.
- Check your registered mobile number and network coverage to ensure they are correct and active.

Check your SMS spam or blocked messages folder:
- Go to Messages → menu button (3 dots / hamburger menu / 3 lines) → Message settings → Block numbers or spam.
- Ensure the SMS OTP sender numbers are not blocked (i.e., 68886, 63001, or 62199).

If the issue persists, please contact Bursa Gold Dinar (BGD) support at bgdsupport@bursamalaysia.com and provide:
- Description of the issue
- Mobile phone number (if not already provided)
- Phone model
- Date and time when the SMS OTP was requested
