Yes, you can register as both an Issuer and an Investor on the BR Capital platform, provided you meet the Investor eligibility criteria.

To register as an Investor, you must:

• be an individual aged 18 years and above, or a company registered in Malaysia;
• have a valid bank account in your own or company name with a financial institution in Malaysia;
• not be a U.S. Person; and
• successfully complete the required verification and onboarding process.

Once approved as an Investor, you will be able to invest in Investment Notes on the BR Capital platform.
