Please ensure that your name and ID number match exactly with your scanned ID. If you need to correct them, follow the steps below.
Method 1: You have not started eKYC / have not pressed “Upgrade” account
- Tap My Account at the bottom‑right corner of your Bursa Gold Dinar home screen.
- Select Profile Information.
- Update your Name / ID number.
Method 2: You have started eKYC (Profile Information is grayed out during eKYC)
- Update Personal Details.
- You may change your Name / ID number here if you notice the ID number is wrong at this stage. If not, proceed with the steps below.
- Update Contact Details and click Continue.
- Update Employment Details and click Continue.
- Update Statutory Details and click Continue.
- Update Fund and Wealth Details and click Continue.
- Declare your FATCA/CRS status and click Continue.
- At the CTOS page, scroll down and click the red button “My Input Name or NRIC is incorrect.”
- You will be redirected to restart Step 1 and re‑enter your details correctly.
