ALL User – 2FA Registration
On the login screen, complete the primary authentication using your User ID and Password.
□ If you select the Do Not Show This Message Again checkbox, this pop-up will no longer be displayed.
Click the OK button to proceed to the next step.
1. Password Management
During the login process, you must change your Password when logging in for the first time with a newly created account or after a Password Reset.
4. After entering all the required information, click the Change button.
3. Once all password requirements are met, the Confirm new password field will be enabled. Enter the new password again for confirmation.
1. Enter your current password.
2. Enter the new password.
It shows how well the entered password meets the password requirements.
When all password requirements are met, the indicator will reach 100%.
The password must meet the following requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- At least one number
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one special character
Example: 12@abCD!
2. QR Code Registration
Install Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile phone.
Scan the QR Code using the Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator app.
Once the app registration is completed, enter the 6-digit code displayed in the app on the screen.
After entering the 6-digit code, click the OK button to complete the registration.
※ Notes
If you lose or replace your mobile phone, or remove the registered account from the authenticator app after completing 2FA registration, you must request a 2FA reset from a Super User or MO.
3. Login after completing 2FA registration
The user first completes the primary authentication using their User ID and Password. After successful primary authentication, the user completes the secondary authentication by entering the 6-digit code displayed in the authenticator app.
