CTP User – Bid as Agent (Complete)
- Log in as a CTP Normal User, then go to Market Order → Bidding → [1231] New Bid Entry.
Market Order → Bidding → [1231] New Bid Entry
- Submit a Bid order on the [1231] New Bid Entry screen.
When the [1231] New Bid Entry screen is initially opened, the Product and Currency information has not yet been populated.
Select the Product Code.
Select Product Code

When a Product Code is selected, the corresponding values for the selected Product Code will be populated in the relevant columns.
Click the Refresh button to retrieve the latest values.
The Position Information for the selected Product Code can be viewed.
The available Inventory Value for matching for the selected Product Code can be viewed.
When a Product Code is selected, the corresponding Product Information will be populated in the relevant Columns.
The Product Price can also be viewed on the [1862] Product Price Inquiry screen.
Press ‘Refresh’ Button
To refresh the Information

Select Currency
The corresponding values will be populated based on the selected Currency.
- Currency Rate: The exchange rate of the selected Currency against MYR. The Currency Rate can also be viewed on the [1861] Exchange Rate Inquiry screen.
- Bid Type: Fixed as FOK.
- Value: The amount to be matched.
- MYR Equivalent: The Value converted into MYR.
- Volume: The volume corresponding to the entered Value.
- Value Date: Can be selected from T-Day (default) up to T+365 business days.
- Tenor: Can be selected from the Tenors available for the User's Fee Group.
Select either Principal or Agent.
Select Agent.

Click [∨] to select a registered Client from the list, or enter the Client directly.

Enter the Value.
The MYR Equivalent and Volume will be updated based on the entered Value.

Once the Bid order is submitted successfully, the [1231] New Bid Entry screen and the Confirmation Of Bid pop-up will close automatically.
If the submitted Bid order is successfully matched, it can be viewed on the following screens:
[1241] Bid Summary
[1242] Bid List
[1245] Bid Done
[1292] Bid List by Date
[1295] Bid Done by Date
[1311] Available e-Cert List
[1391] e-Cert List by Date
If the submitted Bid order is rejected, it can be viewed on the following screens:

[1293] Rejected Bid List by Date
- Perform an OTC (Over-the-Counter) transaction on the [1311] Available e-Cert List screen.
Go to Matching/Settlement → Matching and open the [1311] Available e-Cert List screen.
Matching/Settlement → Matching → [1311] Available e-Cert List
Click the Refresh button to refresh the list.
Double-click one of the matched e-Cert rows to display the detailed matching information for the selected e-Cert.
A list of Traders in the same Group within the same Member will be displayed, and the logged-in Trader will be selected automatically when the screen is opened.

Click the Report button.
Select the checkbox for the e-Cert to be processed for the OTC transaction.

Click the Request Reporting button

The Report button will be disabled.

Once Reporting is completed, the Reporting information for the corresponding e-Cert will be updated on the screen.
Once the OTC transaction is completed, the OTC details can be viewed on the following screens:
[1311] Available e-Cert List
[1391] e-Cert List by Date
[1511] Reporting Request List
[1581] Reporting Request List by Date
- Perform STB (Sell-To-BMIS) on the [1311] Available e-Cert List screen
Click the Sell to BMIS button.
Select the checkbox for the e-Cert to be processed for the STB transaction.

Once the STB transaction is completed, the entire transaction process for the corresponding e-Cert is completed, and the e-Cert will no longer be displayed on the [1311] Available e-Cert List screen.
Once STB (Sell-To-BMIS) is completed, the STB transaction details can be viewed on the following screens:
