If an Issuer makes an early repayment, the outstanding principal amount of the relevant Investment Note will be repaid earlier than the original maturity date.
Investors will receive the repayment in accordance with the terms of the Investment Note, including any applicable interest or profit payments up to the early repayment date.
Where applicable, Investors may also receive a prepayment fee paid by the Issuer, based on the terms of the Investment Note.
The repayment amount will be credited into your BR Capital wallet.
