When you subscribe to an Investment Note campaign, the subscription amount will be earmarked from your BR Capital wallet during the campaign period.
Your investment will be confirmed only if the campaign is successful and the Investment Note is issued. A campaign is considered successful when it meets the minimum funding threshold of 80% of the target amount and all relevant issuance conditions are fulfilled.
If the campaign is successful, Investors who have been allotted Investment Notes will be notified via email.
If the campaign is unsuccessful or the issuance does not proceed, the earmarked amount will be released back into your BR Capital wallet.
Once the Investment Note is issued, you will be able to view it in your portfolio on the BR Capital platform.
