An investment note campaign is considered unsuccessful if the minimum funding threshold (80% of the target amount) is not met by the end of the campaign period.

If this happens, the campaign will not proceed and any subscription amounts you have committed will be released back into your BR Capital wallet, where they will be available for future use.
