What are the phases of the BTS3 migration?

The BTS3 migration will take place in several structured phases to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated transition across the market:

  • Design Study 
  • Development 
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) 
  • Member Certification Testing 
  • External User Acceptance Testing (EUAT) 
  • Industry-Wide Testing (IWT) 
  • Pre-Live Testing 
  • Go-Live 

Each phase is designed to progressively prepare all participants, ensuring systems are fully tested, aligned, and ready for a seamless go-live.
