The transition to BTS3 involves all Participating Organisations (“POs”), Independent Software Vendors (“ISVs”), and Information Vendors (“IVs”) without exception. Each party bears a direct responsibility to prepare, certify, and test their systems ahead of go-live. Early engagement and timely action by all stakeholders are critical to ensuring a smooth and successful transition for the entire market.
