If your bank account registration is rejected, please check the following:

Ensure your bank name matches exactly
The bank name shown in your bank statement must match exactly with the bank details provided on the BR Capital platform.
Example: ABC Bank vs ABC Islamic Bank

Ensure the bank account is in your name
The bank account registered must be in the same name as the Investor’s account. You will not be able to use a third-party bank account for registration.

Update or re-submit your bank details
If the details are incorrect, you may:
- log in to your BR Capital account and go to My Profile > Bank Details to update your information; or
- upload a valid bank statement reflecting the correct bank details.
