If you encounter issues uploading your bank statement, please check the following:

Ensure your bank details are entered correctly
- Log in to your BR Capital account and go to My Profile > Bank Details
- Ensure the bank name and bank account number are accurately entered

Ensure your document is clear and complete
- Upload a clear image or file of your bank statement
- The header section must be visible, showing your name and address

Ensure the file format is supported
- Upload your document in a supported format (e.g. JPEG)
