The specified depositors are:
- depositors of senior age, i.e those aged 65years and older*;
- depositors with disabilities;
- depositors residing or located in areas of no or poor internet connection; or
- other depositors with difficulty to access the eStatement service, as may be allowed by the depository.
*depositors aged 70 years and older as at 2025 who currently receive hardcopy CDS statements will automatically continue receiving hardcopy CDS statements. Depositors between the ages of 65 to 69 will need to request for hardcopy CDS statements.
