The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the programme:

• Employees of Bursa Malaysia Berhad and its subsidiaries, including permanent and contract staff of the Organiser and the Training Provider.
• Individuals affiliated with businesses engaged in organised trading activities, such as proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, or high-frequency trading operations. This includes employees, affiliates, and owners.
• Local Participants and traders currently enrolled in the Retail Transaction Incentive Programme with Bursa Malaysia Derivatives.
• Individuals holding a Capital Markets Services Representative’s Licence (CMSRL) issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia.
