The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and Bursa Malaysia had received reports on Thursday afternoon, 24 April 2025, whereby a few brokers have identified failed client logins or unauthorised access and trading activities executed via limited clients' online trading accounts.

An e-Invoice is a digital record of transactions between Bursa Malaysia and its customers. It is validated by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) and is securely submitted to IRBM (LHDN) through an electronic system. The implementation of e-Invoicing is a nationwide initiative by the Government of Malaysia to enhance the efficiency of tax administration management.
