The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and Bursa Malaysia had received reports on Thursday afternoon, 24 April 2025, whereby a few brokers have identified failed client logins or unauthorised access and trading activities executed via limited clients' online trading accounts.
Please contact your broker immediately if you believe you are affected.
All securities transfer requests made through Bursa Anywhere require approval from an Authorised Depository Agent (ADA), also known as a Broker, before the securities can be transferred to the transferee’s CDS account.
These requests can only be processed on business days, between 9:00 AM and 4:15 PM.
