The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and Bursa Malaysia had received reports on Thursday afternoon, 24 April 2025, whereby a few brokers have identified failed client logins or unauthorised access and trading activities executed via limited clients' online trading accounts.
Please contact your broker immediately if you believe you are affected.
eDividend payments are made through the MEPS Inter-Bank GIRO (IBG) service. If your bank supports IBG, you can use it for your eDividend payments.
However, since many overseas and digital banks don’t offer this service, it’s best to check with your bank first.
