Important Security Alert - Unauthorized Trading Activities

The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and Bursa Malaysia had received reports on Thursday afternoon, 24 April 2025, whereby a few brokers have identified failed client logins or unauthorised access and trading activities executed via limited clients' online trading accounts.

Please contact your broker immediately if you believe you are affected.

Is there a fee for reactivating my CDS account?

The reactivation of an Inactive CDS account is free. However, a minimal fee of RM5 is imposed for the reactivation of a Dormant CDS account.

 

If you would like to reactivate your account, please contact your broker. Alternatively, you can download our Bursa Anywhere mobile app and reactivate your account by clicking on the "Reactivate CDS Account" tab.
