Yes, you can terminate your Bursa Anywhere account, but we’ll be sorry to see you go! Follow these steps to complete the process:
1️⃣ Log in to the Bursa Anywhere mobile app using your username and password.
2️⃣ Navigate to the top left of the screen and select "Terminate Bursa Anywhere Account." You will see a forewarning screen explaining that future CDS-related transactions will need to be performed at an ADA/Broker’s office. Tap "Next" to proceed.
3️⃣ Choose your reason for termination. If selecting "Others," you must provide a brief reason (up to 100 characters).
4️⃣ Review the terms and conditions, confirming that after termination:
- You will lose access to Bursa Anywhere.
- You agree to receive your CDS statement of account and notices via your registered email address.
5️⃣ Confirm the termination by entering the 6-digit TAC (Transaction Authorisation Code) sent to your registered mobile number. The TAC is valid for five minutes, and you can request a new TAC if needed.
6️⃣ Once completed, your CDS account(s) will no longer be accessible via the Bursa Anywhere mobile app.
