The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and Bursa Malaysia had received reports on Thursday afternoon, 24 April 2025, whereby a few brokers have identified failed client logins or unauthorised access and trading activities executed via limited clients' online trading accounts.
Please contact your broker immediately if you believe you are affected.
Once you submit the completed Transfer of Securities Request form to your ADA or stockbroking company, they will check that all the required documents are in order before updating the details in the CDS system.
After the request is successfully processed, the securities will be deducted from the transferor's CDS account and immediately credited to the transferee's CDS account.
