The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and Bursa Malaysia had received reports on Thursday afternoon, 24 April 2025, whereby a few brokers have identified failed client logins or unauthorised access and trading activities executed via limited clients' online trading accounts.
Please contact your broker immediately if you believe you are affected.
Bursa Depository sends such notices to both registered and correspondence addresses if both addresses are different. This is one of the security measures built into the CDS to protect the CDS account holder from any unauthorised updates as well as to safeguard the interest of the CDS account holder.
