If you are an individual depositor, you have the option to do it on Bursa Anywhere, or approach your ADA/stockbroking company to submit the update of account particulars to Bursa Depository.
Changes to your particulars must be made one at a time. Each update requires approval and must be finalized before you can proceed with the next change.
For example, if you need to update both your correspondence address and phone number, you must first submit the address change. Once it is approved and updated, you can then submit a request to change your phone number.
Update of personal particulars via Bursa Anywhere:
a. Name;
b. Race;
c. Nationality;
d. Registered address;
e. Correspondence address;
f. Home telephone number; and
g. Bank account number to receive cash entitlements with relevant supporting documents (if applicable).
Update of personal particulars at the ADA/stockbroking company’s office:

Any update request by an individual depositor through Bursa Anywhere will be submitted to the depositor’s ADA/stockbroking company for verification before such information can be updated in the CDS.

If you are a corporate investor, you must complete the CDS Account Form and attach supporting documents (if applicable) to the ADA/stockbroking company who will reflect the updates in the CDS upon successful verification.
