Important Security Alert - Unauthorized Trading Activities

The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and Bursa Malaysia had received reports on Thursday afternoon, 24 April 2025, whereby a few brokers have identified failed client logins or unauthorised access and trading activities executed via limited clients' online trading accounts.

How do I register for Bursa Anywhere?

You need to download Bursa Anywhere from Google Play Store for Android users or App Store for iOS users. The pre-requisite information to register for Bursa Anywhere are valid email address and registered mobile number to receive the SMS TAC verification code. To follow the instructions on the Bursa Anywhere screen in order to complete the registration.

 

For existing individual depositor who wishes to register an email address for a CDS account, you would need the unique six (6) digit password phrase stated in your hardcopy CDS statement of accounts and notices prior to registering your email address. If you cannot locate your password phrase, kindly contact Bursa Anywhere Service Desk at 03-2034 7090 or email to bursaanywhere@bursamalaysia.com to obtain the password phrase.
