If the Executor, Administrator or beneficiary resides outside of Malaysia, they may write to the ADA/stockbroking company for a waiver of their presence at its office. The ADA/ stockbroking company will contact the Executor, Administrator or beneficiary to advise and guide them on the necessary procedures to be followed.
