The following individuals are authorized to handle matters with any ADA/stockbroking company, including balance inquiries, account closure, suspension, and securities transfers:

a. A beneficiary named in the Distribution Order (Borang E - Surat Kuasa from Bahagian Pesaka Kecil) or a Direction Letter (Surat Arahan) from Amanah Raya Berhad
b. An Executor or Administrator appointed through a Grant of Probate or Letter of Administration
