To sell Investment Notes

To sell Investment Notes on the BR Capital Marketplace, you must be an existing holder of the Investment Notes.

You can place a sell order via the Marketplace once you have Investment Notes available in your account.

To buy Investment Notes

To buy Investment Notes on the BR Capital Marketplace:

• You must be a registered Investor who has completed the eKYC process; and
• You must have sufficient funds in your BR Capital wallet to cover the purchase amount and any applicable fees.

You can then place a buy order for available Investment Notes on the Marketplace.

Trading is subject to the availability of matching buy and sell orders on the Marketplace.
