The documents required to register vary according to the type of institution. Please refer to BSAS Participant Admission Guideline.

The general documents are as follows:

• Cover letter detailing the approval sought;
• Directors’ resolution or power of attorney authorizing the application and the performance of the functions required under the Rules or similar;
• Certified true copy of memorandum and articles of association;
• Certified true copy of certificate of incorporation or registration;
• Certified true copy of latest audited financial statements;
• Certified true copy of license or regulatory approval, where relevant; and
• Other relevant documents or forms prescribed by Bursa Malaysia Islamic Services Sdn. Bhd. (BMIS).
