The documents required to register vary according to the type of institution. Please refer to BSAS Participant Admission Guideline.
The general documents are as follows:
- Cover letter detailing the approval sought;
- Directors’ resolution or power of attorney authorizing the application and the performance of the functions required under the Rules or similar;
- Certified true copy of memorandum and articles of association;
- Certified true copy of certificate of incorporation or registration;
- Certified true copy of latest audited financial statements;
- Certified true copy of license or regulatory approval, where relevant; and
- Other relevant documents or forms prescribed by Bursa Malaysia Islamic Services Sdn. Bhd. (BMIS).
