Important Security Alert - Unauthorized Trading Activities

The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and Bursa Malaysia had received reports on Thursday afternoon, 24 April 2025, whereby a few brokers have identified failed client logins or unauthorised access and trading activities executed via limited clients' online trading accounts.

Please contact your broker immediately if you believe you are affected.

Where can I find my CDS eStatement on MyBURSA?

To view your CDS eStatement, please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to MyBURSA. If you have not linked your CDS account to your MyBURSA account, please follow the instructions to link your CDS account.
  • Once your CDS account is linked, go to your 'Dashboard'.
  • Click on 'CDS eServices' on the left of your navigation menu.
  • You will be able to view and download your eStatements for the last 12 months.

*Please note that if you have not previously registered your email address to receive CDS eStatements, you will need to enter your 6-digit Password Phrase that can be found on your hard copy CDS statement. If you are unable to locate your Password Phrase, please contact bursaanywhere@bursamalaysia.com for assistance.
