Can an Issuer still apply for financing with BR Capital if it is already receiving funds from another Peer-to-Peer (P2P) platform?

An Issuer is not allowed to raise funds concurrently for the same purpose on the BR Capital platform and other Peer-to-Peer (P2P) platforms.

 

However, an Issuer may raise funds on the BR Capital platform and an Equity Crowdfunding (ECF) platform at the same time, provided that the following information is disclosed:

  • the name of the ECF platform;
  • the amount raised or to be raised from the ECF platform;
  • the purpose of utilisation of the proceeds raised from the ECF platform; and
  • any other information requested by BR Capital from time to time.
