BR Capital connects borrowers (referred to as “Issuers”) with lenders (referred to as “Investors”). Issuers can request financing through the platform, while Investors can provide financing by subscribing to investment notes listed on the platform.
 

Upon successful funding, Issuers repay the investment notes over time, including both principal and interest or profit payments.
