Yes, you may prepay your Investment Note in full during its tenure, subject to the following conditions:

• the remaining tenure of your Investment Note is more than 6 months;
• the prepayment date (“Prepayment Date”) falls on an interest or profit payment date;
• you provide written notice to BR Capital at least fourteen (14) days before the Prepayment Date; and
• you comply with all other terms and conditions under the Investment Note and the Issuer Agreement.

Prepayment fee

You will be subject to a prepayment fee of up to 0.5% (flat) of the outstanding principal amount, payable to Investors on the Prepayment Date.
