Important Security Alert - Unauthorized Trading Activities

The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and Bursa Malaysia had received reports on Thursday afternoon, 24 April 2025, whereby a few brokers have identified failed client logins or unauthorised access and trading activities executed via limited clients' online trading accounts.

Can I continue to receive my CDS statement via email once I have terminated my access to Bursa Anywhere?


Yes, a depositor is still considered an eStatement subscriber if he/she terminates his/her access to Bursa Anywhere. The depositor will continue receiving his/her CDS statement of accounts and/or notices via the email address registered to Bursa Malaysia Depository.
