Yes, you can. Please follow the steps below to terminate your Bursa Anywhere account:
1. Launch the Bursa Anywhere application on your handphone and login using your username and password.
2. Upon successful login, choose the hamburger at the top left of the
screen and select “Terminate Bursa Anywhere Account”. You will be
presented with a forewarning screen that upon termination, future CDS
related transactions or services will have to be performed at the respective
ADA/Broker’s office. Tap on “Next” to continue.
3. Select the reason for terminating your Bursa Anywhere account. If you select "Others", you will need to enter the reason (not exceeding 100 characters).
4. You will then be prompted to agree with the terms and conditions that once you
terminate your Bursa Anywhere account, you will no longer have access to
Bursa Anywhere and you agree to receive your CDS statement of account and
notices via your registered email address.
5. To confirm the termination, enter the 6-digit TAC (Transaction Authorization
Code) sent to the registered handphone number. Each TAC code is valid
for five (5) minutes and you can request a new one once it expires.
6. Once terminated, you will no longer be able to access your CDS account(s) via the
Bursa Anywhere mobile app.
