• The issuer has appointed Bursa Depository Sdn. Bhd. to facilitate the eRights service through the Bursa Anywhere mobile app;
• The application corresponds with the rights attached to the applicable securities in your CDS account;
• The application is made within the date and time period specified by the issuer and/or share registrar;
• You are subscribed to Bursa Depository’s eDividend service; and
• You are eligible to apply for the Rights securities in Malaysia or in jurisdictions where the Rights securities offering is intended to be available.
