On Bursa Anywhere, you can include a second preferred ADA (Authorised Depository Agent, or Broker) during your account opening application.
Please note:
▪ Even though a second preferred ADA is selected during the account opening
application via Bursa Anywhere, if the account opening application is rejected
by the primary preferred ADA, the request will not be routed to the second
preferred ADA. However, Users may reapply to another ADA. If an application
is rejected, the account opening fee payment will be refunded to user’s bank
account via FPX online system.
▪ If your request for account opening expired due to no response by your primary
preferred ADA within two market days, your application will be automatically
routed to the second preferred ADA. You will be notified via the Bursa
Anywhere inbox and your registered email on the said matter. The account
opening fee will not be refunded when your application is routed to the second
preferred ADA, it will only be refunded if your second preferred ADA rejects the
application.
OPTION:
▪ Even if a second preferred ADA is selected during the account opening application via Bursa Anywhere, if the application is rejected by the primary preferred ADA, it will not be automatically routed to the second preferred ADA. However, you may reapply to another ADA. If your application is rejected, the account opening fee will be refunded to your bank account via the FPX online system.
▪ If your account opening application expires due to no response from your primary preferred ADA within two market days, it will automatically be routed to the second preferred ADA. You will be notified of the said matter via the Bursa Anywhere inbox and your registered email. The account opening fee will not be refunded if your application is routed to the second preferred ADA; a refund will only be issued if the second preferred ADA rejects the application.
