When opening a CDS account on Bursa Anywhere, you can select a second preferred ADA (Authorised Depository Agent or Broker).
- If your primary preferred ADA rejects your application, it won’t be automatically forwarded to the second preferred ADA. However, you can reapply to another ADA. If your application is rejected, the account opening fee will be refunded to your bank account via the FPX online system.
- If your primary preferred ADA doesn’t respond within two market days, your application will automatically be routed to the second preferred ADA. You’ll be notified via the Bursa Anywhere inbox and your registered email. The account opening fee won’t be refunded in this case. However, if the second preferred ADA rejects the application, you’ll receive a refund.
